The hotel is fairly clean and reasonably large, has patient staff and nice and unbeatable location to grocery store. I have stayed in a triple room with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. You can see mountain from your window. I recommend it to anyone, the venue was comfy.

The log cabin style of the hotel creates a cozy and warm atmosphere, and the rooms provide breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains each morning.

This cozy lodge nestled in the mountains was the perfect winter escape. the location is ideal, as it is close to the bus stops that take you up to the ski resorts and around town. the rooms were spacious, clean, and offered gorgeous views of the mountains. the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the daily breakfast was delicious and filling.

The dry room was a bit small, which made it tough to dry all of our items at once.

We enjoyed the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from the train station, and the delicious meals that were provided. the location was great with easy access to the ski resorts and a nearby onsen. the staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no onsen on the premises and the nearest one was a 10 minute walk away. the room wasn't cleaned daily and we had to request for our trash cans to be emptied.

The location was also closer to town and restaurants than we had anticipated. The log cabin atmosphere added to the charm and made us feel like we were in the Rockies. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only drawback was the lack of nearby restaurant options, although the hotel's Italian food was delicious. Additionally, the soundproofing could be improved to minimize noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed in a hotel in a prime location that made it easy to access ski slopes and plenty of restaurants and bars. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a beautiful view of the snowy landscape. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing rides to nearby shops, and even drove us to a supermarket to show us where to find the best tea.

While the hotel had a great restaurant and was really comfortable, it was a little difficult to get around since we had to walk a ways to find other options in terms of food and drink. The night shuttle bus wasn't running yet, which made things harder for us.
